Each private session is tailored to the needs of the client. Typically, we will discuss any issue(s) at hand and I may pull a tarot or oracle card to help give direction for the healing. Some people are just seeking a tune up or balance, and that's great too. The client's input is always valued and encouraged.

Sessions may include multiple modalities ... whatever will help a client best: Reiki, Full-Spectrum Energy Medicine, Nirodha Karma Healing, tarot, oracles cards, cord cutting, meditation and other energy medicine processes.

Energy healing is spiritual healing. It does not matter what religion/creed, but when we perform energy healing we are getting in touch with our higher selves, our energetic selves, and God/Universe/Spirit/Source.
