Each private session is tailored to the needs of the client. Typically, we will discuss any issue(s) at hand and I may pull a tarot or oracle card to help give direction for the healing. Some people are just seeking a tune up or balance, and that's great too. The client's input is always valued and encouraged.

Sessions may include multiple modalities ... whatever will help a client best: Reiki, Full-Spectrum Energy Medicine, Nirodha Karma Healing, tarot, oracles cards, cord cutting, meditation and other energy medicine processes.

Energy healing is spiritual healing. It does not matter what religion/creed, but when we perform energy healing we are getting in touch with our higher selves, our energetic selves, and God/Universe/Spirit/Source.

We access messages from our higher selves through the stories of tarot/oracle cards to help provide direction or to find ways to move forward, especially when someone feels stuck.

Nirodha Karma Healing

By karma, I don’t mean that you did something wrong and now you have to pay back, I mean that something happened to you in a past (or current) life and you continue to emanate that experience through your energy system into this life. Cord Cutting and Relationship Release
